Doctoral Education in ECE School

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering operates a Postgraduate Studies Program (PSP) with the main aim of nurturing Researchers, Engineers, and Scientists to take on leading roles in international Research and Development. Since 1999, it has been the first School of the National Technical University of Athens to offer an institutionalized Doctoral Program. The admission to the program occurs once a year through a selection process. Funding sources for doctoral candidates include participation in research projects, NTUA scholarships, scholarships from third-party institutions, and funding for international conference participation. Ancillary work is also rewarded according to the university’s regulations. For further information on funding sources, candidates can contact the Secretariat for Post-Graduate Studies.
